These terms apply to your use of the TibaCloud website, including the demo request form and the "Talk to us" chat. Using the TibaCloud hospital management product itself is covered by the subscription agreement your facility signs with us, which takes priority over these terms for the product.

The website is run by TibaCloud legal entity name, a company registered in country under number registration number, of registered address. You can contact us at support@tibacloud.com.
Using the website
You may use the website to learn about TibaCloud, request a demo or quote and contact us. Please don’t:
- Try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the website, our API or our systems.
- Use automated tools to send messages, demo requests or inquiries.
- Send patient information, unlawful content, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights through the forms or chat.
- Copy or reuse the website’s content, design or screenshots without our written permission, beyond normal personal viewing.
Information on the website
We work to keep the website accurate, but it is general information, not an offer. Features, plans, prices and integrations can change and may differ by country; a written quote and your subscription agreement are what bind us.
Patient names and figures in product screens are made up. Photos show health facilities in general and do not mean the people or places use TibaCloud.
Nothing on the website is medical advice.
Prices and quotes
Prices on the website are shown before VAT and other local taxes where they apply. International plans are priced in US dollars; some countries have local-currency plans. A plan, its price and its setup fee are fixed only when we confirm them in a written quote or order.
The chat assistant
When it is on, the "Talk to us" chat is answered by an AI assistant. It can make mistakes, and it cannot agree prices, discounts, contracts or commitments on our behalf; only our team can, in writing. How we handle what you send in the chat is explained in our privacy policy.
Our content
TibaCloud, the logo, the website and its content belong to us or our licensors. Stock photos are used under the Unsplash licence and credited in the footer.

Links to other websites are for convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Our responsibility to you
We provide the website as it is and do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on general website information or by the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of governing law, e.g. Uganda, and the courts of jurisdiction have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
