Hospitals
Every ward, department and bill on one hospital record
From admission to discharge, each department adds to the same record: ward rounds, theatre, maternity, lab and imaging all post to the bill and feed the dashboards.
Hospitals usually go live in six to eight weeks, department by department, with our team on site through the first days of each go-live.
Too many departments, too little visibility?
In a hospital, money leaks between departments. Ward drugs, theatre consumables and extra nights are given but never charged, and patients are discharged before the bill is complete.
Bed state lives on a whiteboard, insurance claims are rejected for missing details, and the monthly inpatient and outpatient reports take days to put together. Management sees revenue and occupancy weeks late, if at all.
TibaCloud joins the wards, clinical departments, stores, finance and HR on one system, so every service is billed as it happens and the numbers are there when you need them.

Inside the system
What hospitals use every day
Admit, assign a bed and hand over between shifts from the same record. Maternity and theatre have their own workflows, and every drug, test and procedure on the ward is billed.

Hospitals: questions
How long does it take to roll out in a hospital?
Usually six to eight weeks. We start with a site visit and workflow mapping, set up price lists, wards and user accounts, import records and train each department. Departments can go live one at a time.
Will the wards keep working during an internet outage?
Yes. Offline mode keeps the wards, outpatient and billing working during outages, and changes sync automatically when the connection returns. It runs on computers, tablets and phones, so ward rounds can be done on a tablet.
Does it produce inpatient reports for the ministry?
Yes. Monthly national reports are built from your records, for example HMIS 105 and 108 in Uganda and MOH 705/711 in Kenya, for submission to DHIS2. Formats are configured for your country.
Can we view X-ray and scan images inside the record?
Radiology orders and reporting are included in the Hospital plan. Viewing DICOM images inside the record (PACS) is part of the Enterprise plan.
Can we host the system in our own country?
Where a country has data localisation rules, we confirm the hosting region with you before go-live. Talk to us if your hospital requires on-premise or in-country hosting.
