Pricing questions
Do you charge per doctor or per user?
Neither. Plans are priced per facility, by facility type, and each plan includes a set number of users: 5 on Clinic, 20 on Medical Centre, 60 on Hospital and unlimited on Enterprise. You do not pay extra for each doctor.
What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes mobile money, national ministry reports, free updates as rules change, staff training, support by phone, WhatsApp and email, and daily backups and hosting. There are no integration fees.
Is there a setup fee?
There is a one-time setup fee, which is free on yearly Clinic and Medical Centre plans. Hospital setup is priced from a starting fee and Enterprise setup is quoted. The pricing page shows the fee for your market.
How much do we save by paying yearly?
Yearly billing gets two months free: you pay for ten months and get twelve. On Clinic and Medical Centre plans, paying yearly also waives the setup fee.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades are instant: the new modules switch on as soon as you change plan, and your records stay where they are. Downgrades are allowed too.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Pay monthly or yearly and change plans when you need to. Enterprise customers have an annual contract.
What happens if a payment is late?
The account goes read-only until the payment is made. Clinicians are never locked out of patient records.
Which add-ons are available?
Patient mobile app, telemedicine, specialty clinics (dental, eye clinic, physiotherapy and custom templates), the AI clinical scribe, a patient queue display, extra branches, SMS bundles and data migration. The Enterprise plan includes the clinical add-ons.
Which currency will we be billed in?
International plans are priced in US dollars and work in any country. Uganda has plans in Ugandan shillings and Kenya in Kenyan shillings. Kenya also has an optional per-visit plan with a monthly minimum.
Do prices include VAT and other taxes?
No. Prices exclude VAT where applicable, and local taxes may apply depending on your country.
