Can we import our current stock list?
Yes. Importing stock records is part of the standard rollout in weeks two and three. Larger or messier migrations are available as a data migration add-on, quoted up front.
How does expiry tracking work?
Each delivery is recorded by batch with its expiry date. TibaCloud warns you before batches expire, so you can sell, return or move them first.
Do we need a separate plan for the stores and the counter?
No. The Pharmacy plan includes both dispensing and stores, with reorder levels and suppliers, along with billing and mobile money.
What if our pharmacy is part of a clinic?
Then the pharmacy module is already included in the Clinic, Medical Centre and Hospital plans, linked to the doctor’s prescriptions. The Pharmacy plan is for pharmacies that run on their own.
Does it handle tax e-invoicing?
Where your country requires it, tax e-invoicing such as URA EFRIS in Uganda or KRA eTIMS in Kenya is configured during setup. Confirm your obligations with your accountant.
